This vintage blend of fermented fruits with apple cider vinegar was originally concocted by medieval monks as both a tonic for ailments as well as a daily aperitif to stimulate digestive juices. In our modern world we've taken these flavours to whole new level. There’s so much room to play around with when it comes to mixing them into a rum, whiskey, vodka, gin, beer...you name it!
